This quilt is a simple design using 8 fabrics; A main feature fabric, a secondary feature fabric, a background fabric and 5 contrast fabrics.
Finished size:- 74” x 98” (185cm x 245cm)
- Fabric requirements:
- Main fabric – 2.5mt – feature fabric, novelty print or large floral are suitable here. (Use the colours in this fabric to pick the others).
- Fabric 2 – 0.5mt, can also be a novelty fabric with a smaller print.
- Fabric 3 – 1.2mt, quilt visible in the quilt can be a stripe.
- Fabric 4 – 0.8mt, contrast, smaller print will work best.
- Fabric 5 – 0.8mt, contrast, smaller print will work best.
- Fabric 6 – 1.3mt, contrast to other fabrics
- Fabric 7 – 0.5mt, contrast
- Fabric 8 – 1.0mt, contrast
