This is a gorgeous quilt, it’s an easy design to make. This quilt uses 7 fabrics, Main, Background and 5 contrasts. Choose fabrics that you are happy to place side by side.
Instructions include 2 sizes to choose from.
Finished size:
Small quilt: 61 ½” x 61 ½” (154cm x 154cm)
Large quilt: 95” x 95” (238.5cm x 238.5cm)

- Small quilt –
- Main Fabric – 1.1mt
- Background Fabric – 90cm
- Contrast 1 – 80cm
- Contrast 2 – 30cm
- Contrast 3 – 80cm
- Contrast 4 – 50cm
- Contrast 5 – 50cm
- Binding:- 50cm (You will need to choose a fabric for the binding, pick one of the fabrics you have chosen and get 50cm more)
- Thread for piecing

- Main Fabric – 2.5mt
- Background Fabric – 2mt
- Contrast 1 – 2mt
- Contrast 2 – 1mt
- Contrast 3 – 1.5mt
- Contrast 4 – 1.3mt
- Contrast 5 – 1.3mt
- Binding – 70cm (You will need to choose a fabric for the binding, pick one of the fabrics you have chosen and get 70cm more)
- Thread for piecing
Note – A stripe fabric will work with contrasts 4 and 5, but I would avoid them otherwise.
