Humpty Paper Pattern

Description

This is a large carry-all style bag, made using scrappy strips from your cupboard. It uses the quilt-as-you-go method, and has a long shoulder strap, a fake buckle flap, and one large pocket and a phone pocket inside.

This could also be made using a Jelly Roll.

Finished size: 16″ wide x 12″ high, with an oval base

Requirements:-

• • Large stash of assorted fabrics at least 2 1/2″ wide
  • 65cm firm thin wadding (I used bag wadding)
  • 55cm lining
  • Buckle or large button
  • 5cm velcro
  • Thread for piecing and quilting
