Description
This is a great quilt pattern for using up scrap or stash fabric. Make it with random piecing, or colour coordinate each block to suit any colour scheme. The design uses three base blocks, plus a contrasting colour as tramlines/sashings. The contrast colour also highlights each block. There are four different sizes to choose from, with all sizes included in this pattern.
Finished Measurements:
Lap – 62” x 62” (155cm x 155cm)
Large throw – 74” x 74” (185cm x 185cm)
Single bed – 74” x 87” (185cm x 217cm)
Queen – 100” x 100” (250cm x 250cm)
Fabric requirements:
Large stash – this could include small pieces, leftover strips, fat 1/4’s, anything in your stash that you would like to use.
A neutral colour fabric from this stash that you want to use as your contrast, something you are not going to use as the squares – small pieces will work as the tramline/sashing will also be pieced.
